These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, www.testimonydesigns.com (the “Site”), and your purchase of our photo art, hand-drawn art, and subscription to our daily Scripture artwork via text. By using our Site or services, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. Use of Our Site

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to harm our systems or content.

2. Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, and content on the Site are owned by Bethany Baas and protected by copyright law.

You may not copy, share, distribute, or reproduce our artwork (including photo art, hand-drawn art, or daily Scripture artwork) without our written permission.

Purchases are for personal use only and do not grant you rights to resell or redistribute our work.

3. Purchases and Payments

We sell photo art and hand-drawn art through our Site, powered by WooCommerce and Stripe. Prices are listed in USD, and you’re responsible for any applicable taxes.

All sales are final, but if your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at bethany@testimonydesigns.com for assistance.

4. Daily Scripture Artwork via Text

By opting in to our daily Scripture artwork texts via ClickSend, you agree to receive one original artwork per day. You can opt out at any time by texting “STOP” or following the instructions in the message.

Standard messaging rates may apply, depending on your carrier.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our Site and artwork are provided “as is.” We’re not responsible for any damages from your use of the Site or services, to the extent allowed by law.

We don’t guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site or text services.

6. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Check this page for the latest version.
